Joint Ventures

ALP OZ Auto Moulds Pty. Ltd. ALP OZ Auto Moulds began in May 2017 as a joint venture between Oz Auto Moulds, Melbourne and ALP Overseas. In April 2018, ALP OZ Auto Moulds incorporated BTB Auto Glass & Body Shop Tools into the business. Now combined under the one Australian banner of ALP OZ Auto Moulds, including the Bendigo based BTB Auto Glass & Body Shop Tools has over 60 years of hands on professional experience and an extensive product range for Industrial market and Automotive industry.

ALP GIEG, Spain & Germany A joint venture between GIEG Trading Spain and ALP Group of India established in . ALP GIEG is a Leading European supplier of plastic and rubber extrusion mouldings for windscreens, auto glass replacement (AGR) accessories and plastic/rubber trims for other industries (building, machinery, buses, decoration, electronics, etc.). ALP GIEG GMBH is the German branch of ALP GIEG SL in Barcelona.

ALP South Africa ALP acquired the formerly know Glengyn (Pty) Ltd., South Africa in December 2014 Forming ALP Africa. The Company's main focus has been Automobiles, Mass transportation, Construction, Packing, HVAC & R, Building and Industrial sealings including OEM's. It has built a reputation for highest quality rubber extrusions and rubber moulded products  for a wide range of uses.
