ALP Overseas has a full fledged D&D centre with more than 20 qualified design & development engineers working dedicatedly on designing of EPDM, Plastic, injection molding products and tooling. Department's main strength is the speed of developing the product resulting in developing 70 to 80 products of Automotive, Building, white good and other industries every month. The reverse engineering facility is equipped with 3D scanning system and reverse engineering module software's including Aries Commander-2019, Catia-V5 6R-2017, NX & Flex Scan 3D.

Tool Room

ALP Overseas' s well-equipped in-house tool room, managed by a team of 30+ experienced personnel, contributes to about 90% of tools and dies requirements. The in house tooling centre has the capability of developing all kinds of extrusion dies for rubber and plastic, plastic injection molds, rubber molding molds, joint molds, notching tools, jigs, and fixtures. The tool room consists of the modern and advanced machinery that ensures precision and timely delivery.
